By this petition filed under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks 9 months extension of time in rendering an award w.e.f. 4th April, 2018. 18 months period has expired on 4th April, 2018. The matter is at evidence stage. Learned counsel for the respondents on instruction states that his clients have no objection if the extension of time is granted as prayed. Statement is accepted.

Learned arbitrator is granted extension of time of 9 months time w.e.f. 4th April, 2018 in making an award. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator in making the award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
