The learned Advocate appearing for Union Bank of India on instructions states that in the above matter Union Bank of India is willing to accept an amount of Rs.7 Crores in full and final settlement of their claim against the Insolvents and / or other borrower/s from the Official Assignee and are also ready to release the movable / immovable properties held by them towards security in favour of the Official Assignee.

The learned Advocate appearing for IDBI Bank on instructions states that in the above matter IDBI Bank is willing to accept an amount of Rs.2.53 Crores in
Nitin 2 / 2 934-OAR-3-2014 full and final settlement of their claim against the Insolvents and / or other borrower/s from the Official Assignee and are also ready to release the movable / immovable properties held by them towards security in favour of the Official Assignee.

The Union Bank of India as well as IDBI Bank Limited are directed to file their Affidavits setting out the securities created by the Insolvent and / or other borrower/s in their favour with its approximate value which will be handed over by them to the Official Assignee upon payment of the aforesaid amounts. 4.
