By this Report, the Court Receiver seeks the following reliefs : "(a) what steps the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, should take for executing order dated 20-07-2015 passed by this Hon'ble Court as the parties/advocates failed to furnish details of properties, bank accounts of which the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, has been appointed on records of this Registry to take further steps in the matter;
(b) Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, be discharged without passing accounts and on payment of costs, charges and expenses by the Petitioner due to non co-operation of the parties to the Petition; (c) cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- may be deducted from the suit account";

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not ssp 1/2
crr 171 of 2016 (915).sxw coming forward to give the particulars/details which are to be provided to the Court Receiver, despite oral request being made to her. In view thereof, the Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c), which are reproduced above. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
