1] Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms as arrived between the parties stating that the disputes between the parties stand resolved. The consent terms are signed by the authorized signatories of the petitioner and respondent. Learned counsel for the parties have identified their signatures. There is no dispute in regard to the signatures. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms. 2] The office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall accordingly permit the petitioner to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,000/-, out of Rs.1,25,000/- as deposited by the petitioner in this Court in pursuance of 1/2

4 ARBP 650 OF 2019 the order dated 2nd May, 2019, and shall also permit the respondent to withdraw balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as agreed between the parties in the consent terms. The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.
