516-WPL-1162-2017.doc appeal filed on 27th May 2015 challenging the order dated 25th April 2015 passed by the Executive Engineer /E-I Division MBR&R Board, Mumbai, as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the appeal shall be decided within a period of 8 weeks.
Keeping in view the aforesaid stand being taken by the respondent we dispose of this petition, by directing the respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 27th May 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
