Heard Ms. Dandekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. The Chamber Summons has been sent to both Petitioners, but an acknowledgement of service is received back in respect of only one. Since this is an Application in a petition for Probate, that is sufficient service.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
