These motions are taken out by Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 for condonation of delay in entering an appearance in the commercial suit filed under Order 37 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 2.

There is a delay of 10 days. The delay has been duly explained in the affidavit in support of both the notice of motions. Learned counsel for the Plaintiff opposes the application. 3.

Considering the ground made out in the affidavit by Defendants-Applicants, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, both the notice of motions are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
