The learned counsel for the Petition submits that grievance of the Petitioner does not survive, since the Corporation has already widened the road for going to the hospital, and therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply, if necessary, and is accordingly disposed of.
