Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to a post award settlement between the parties, the Petitioner had offered to pay the Respondent. Learned Counsel reiterates his offer to pay the amount agreed between the parties within a period of six weeks from today. The Respondent agrees to receive the amount within six weeks. The commercial arbitration petition is disposed of accordingly, as not pressed.
