This Notice of Motion has been filed seeking an injunction restraining the Defendants from creating any third party rights in respect of the suit plot. At the ad-interim stage, this Court had, by its order dated 5th May, 2014, directed that the Defendants shall not create any third party rights and or handover the possession of any portion of the suit plot without prior permission of this Court and after giving adequate notice in writing to the learned advocates for the Plaintiff.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff as well as the Defendants, I think that the interest of Pg 1 of 2

14.nms.1254.2014.doc justice would be served if the ad-interim order is confirmed till the hearing and final disposal of the suit. It is accordingly so ordered. The Notice of Motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
