Learned Addl. GP has placed on record a letter dated 6th March, 2020 of Dy. Secretary, Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra. The letter is taken on record and marked as "X". 2.

In view of the said letter, by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of the Writ Petition by passing the following order:

(a) The Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (AGRC) will hear the Petitioner to the extent of preventive and remedial measures as mentioned in the Petitioner's Application dated 13.07.2015.

(b) The Petitioner shall furnish the copies of AKN 1/2
