The Company Application seeks permission to the applicant to file its claim before the Official Liquidator. There is a delay of 310 days for filing the present application. The delay is explained in the affidavit in support of the Company Application. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application, the delay is condoned and the applicant is permitted to file its claim before the Official Liquidator. Such claim to be filed within a period of four weeks from today. The Company Application is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
