Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

We find that the disputes raised by way of this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are purely contractual disputes. There is a consequential dispute in respect of the bank guarantee. More appropriate remedy to the Petitioner is to file a Civil Suit. Hence, we decline to entertain the Petition. The remedy of the Petitioner is kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
