At the outset, leave to amend prayer clause - (a) of the chamber summons granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The counsel for plaintiffs tenders an affidavit of service of one Bipin Harishchandra Ivalekar affirmed on 3rd December 2018 confirming service of the chamber summons on all defendants. The chamber summons has been served on 4th May 2018. There is no affidavit in reply opposing the chamber summons.

Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within four weeks from today.
