Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 6 years 289 days in filing the Affidavit of Claim of the Applicants before the Official Liquidator.

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Official

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicants within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claims from the Applicants.
