Perused the above Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a), (b) and (c) subject to payment of cost of Rs.20,000/- to the Plaintiffs. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for Defendant Nos. 3 and 4 on instructions undertakes to pay Rs.20,000/- towards costs to the Plaintiffs within a period two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. 3.
