The Leave Petition under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent Act was granted on 28th April 2016. On that date, I also granted adinterim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 3.

The Notice of Motion and the Suit have been served some time ago. None appears. There is no Affidavit in Reply. 25th July 2016

For the reasons set out in the ad-interim order, that order is now confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. 5.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly. In addition, at the final disposal of the suit, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to apply for an order and decree against the Defendants for actual costs incurred on this Notice of Motion.
