The Petitioner challenges the reference dated 15th December, 2010. The Petition was filed in the year 2011, but the interim order is granted by this Court for the first time on 11th September, 2014. 2.

In the meantime, it is informed that the Petitioner had already participated in the proceedings by filing writing statement. If is further informed at the bar that the reference is at the stage of evidence. 3.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The Petition is rejected.

Needless to state that all the rival contentions regarding maintainability of the reference are kept open and parties would be at
