Counsel for plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit as against defendant nos.1 to 5. Suit dismissed as withdrawn as against defendant nos.1 to 5.

Consent terms signed by the director of the plaintiff, director of defendant no.6 and their respective advocates is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. Counsel for plaintiff and counsel for defendant no.6 state that the signatories of plaintiff and defendant no.6 are present in court and identify them. Order in terms of Consent terms. Suit decreed as against defendant no.6 as per the Consent terms.

All interim applications stand disposed. Interim orders if any, stand vacated.
