It seems that the parties have arrived at a settlement. An amount of Rs. 1 lakh was paid to the Contempt Petitioner earlier. There is now a Demand Draft drawn on the ICICI Bank, bearing No. 002009 dated 25th February 2019 in favour of the Contempt Petitioner for Rs. 30 lakhs. Parties are agreed that there is no surviving claim of the Contempt Petitioner against the Respondents. The Demand Draft is given to the learned Advocate for the Contempt Petitioner and he accepts this in Court today. 8th March 2019

Parties are agreed that all other proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act are to be withdrawn and the complainant will make necessary applications within a period of two weeks from today to that effect.

The Contempt Petitioner agrees and undertakes to return or deliver the original Agreement of Sale and which is in custody of the Petitioner to the Respondents. This is also to be done within a period of two weeks from today.

The Contempt Petition does not survive and it is disposed of in these terms.
