Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he does not have any instructions in the matter despite repeated efforts made by him to contact the client. It is stated that a notice dated 14th June, 2022 is also addressed on the last known address of the Petitioner which was returned undelivered with the note that "addressee left without instructions".

In that view of the matter, the Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
