Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty take recourse to the alternate remedy available in law. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

The statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is recorded that the Petitioner would file an Appeal alongwith an Application seeking stay of the impugned order before the the State Government within four weeks from today.
