Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the official liquidator is seeking directions to declare dividend to one of the secured creditors i.e. International Asset Reconstruction Company Pvt. Ltd. (IARC), to dispense with the requirements of Rule 276 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, permission to make payment of dividend to IARC, with a further direction that the dividend shall be payable for a period of six months from the date of passing of this report and permission to the official liquidator to transfer a specific amount as Central Government Commission for distribution of dividend to IARC. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
