Perused the order dated 01-12-2017 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Arbitration Petition Nos.39 of 2017, 41 of 2017, 40 of 2017 and 45 of 2017. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will be treated as a Petition under Section 17 of the Act and decided by the learned Arbitrator. The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off.

Needless to add that this Court (Coram : K.R.Shriram, J.) by his order dated 16-11-2017 has after granting cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 ssp 1/2
