Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 are agreed to the following order being passed: a) The impugned order dated 10 April 2015 passed by Additional Collector (Enc/Rem) Eastern Suburban of impleadment of Respondent No.6 is set aside.

b) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner shall not seek any stay to the implementation of the project in Slum Appeal No.95 of 2014.

c) The order dated 18 February 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (L) No.190 of 2015 shall continue to operate. The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 1/2
