COMPANY APPLICATION NO. 560 OF 2017 Shri Setalvad appearing for applicants states that the Court may direct the official liquidator to proceed on the basis that the date of the closure of the company be taken to be the date on which the company was ordered to be wound up, viz., 4th August 2010. Shri Reddy appearing for official liquidator states that the liquidator is ready to accept the same. The company application accordingly stands disposed. Applicant Nos.3 and 4 are present in Court. They need not appear in Court any more but if directed by the official liquidator, they shall, without default, remain present before the official liquidator and assist in the winding up procedure.
COMPANY APPLICATION NO. 478 OF 2013 In view of the order passed in Company Petition No.560 of 2017, Shri Setalvad seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for similar reliefs at the appropriate stage and if advised.
