Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner. Perused the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, seeking recall of an order dated 26 March 2019 passed by this Court. For the reasons stated in affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the order dated 26 March 2019 is recalled and set aside on the condition that the Applicant/Petitioner shall remove all office objections within one week from today. No further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within one week from today, Arbitration Petition (L) No.107 of 2019 shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. Notice of Motion is made absolute on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

NMS 1265-19.doc The Applicant/Petitioner is directed to serve copy of the petition upon Advocate of the Respondents within two weeks from the date of the petition being numbered and file an affidavit of service on or before the next date. The Respondents are at liberty to file affidavit-in-reply to the arbitration petition within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the petition. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter with a copy thereof to be served on the Respondents simultaneously. Place the petition on board for admission after eight weeks. The Applicant/Petitioner is directed to convey this order to the Respondents.
