By the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks a post grant amendment to the Schedule to Testamentary Petition No.2902 of 2019. The said Testamentary Petition was filed for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Hari Hemandas Tahiliani alias Haribai Hemandas Tahiliani.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that the flat number appearing in the Schedule of properties of the deceased annexed to the Mugdha
2 32-IA 2030-22 in TP 2902-19.doc Testamentary Petition was incorrectly mentioned as Flat No.24, whereas the same should be Flat No.33. He further submits that post the grant, the Applicant had received a letter from the Society informing the Applicant of this fact. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been moved. 3.
I have heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the Interim Application. I find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed. In view thereof, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant amended Letters of Administration as per Exhibit-C annexed to this Interim Application."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, i.e., 24/04/2023.
