This is an application for appointment of Provisional Liquidator and for injunction against the respondent company on the apprehension that the respondent companion is likely to dispose off or alienate its movable and immovable property.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent company on instructions from the authorized representative of the respondent submitted that the respondent company will not alienate and /or dispose off any of its assets till the hearing of the company petition. The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, the company application does not survive and the same is disposed off.
