Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. It is stated by the writ petitioner that he has preferred an appeal bearing Appeal No.87 of 2019 along with stay application before the Respondent No.3 i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar. He further asserted that hearing of the stay application was held by the said Authority on 19th March 2019 and till date no interim order has been passed.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that since bank accounts of the petitioners have been frozen by the Gaikwad RD 1/2

(17)WPSTNo.13032019.doc impugned Order passed by the respondent No.2, the working of the Society has become standstill.

Since the petitioner has already approached the Appellate Authority in the matter and as respondent No.2 has already heard this matter, we dispose of this writ petition with direction to respondent No.2 to pass the order within a week from today with intimation to the parties concerned. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
