This chamber summons is taken out for noting change in the address for service on the Petitioner, who appears in person for all the Plaintiffs, and directions to the Advocates of Defendant Nos.2, 5, 6 and 7 to accept service of notice in the above suit. There is no difficulty in noting the change of address as shown in prayer clause (a) of the chamber summons. As far as the second prayer is concerned, Mr.Arif Doctor, learned Counsel for the Defendants, submits that M/s.Doijode & Associates, Advocates, who were earlier appearing for Defendant Nos.2, 5, 6 and 7, have now been replaced by M/s.J. Sagar & Associates, Advocates. Learned Counsel further submits that by reason of subsequent events, including

sat 2/2 chs 22-2017.doc mergers between the parties, M/s.J. Sagar Associates today appear on behalf of all the Defendants. In fact, learned Counsel submits that as a result of these mergers and acquisitions, Defendant Nos.2, 5, 6, 7 do not exist any more and are part of Defendant Nos.3, 4, 8, 9, 10. Learned Counsel submits that this fact has been communicated by the Advocates to the Plaintiffs by letter dated 1 July 2017. Learned Counsel submits that they will accept service on behalf of the Defendants.

The chamber summons is, accordingly, disposed of by allowing prayer clause (a) and accepting the statement of learned Counsel for the Defendants that M/s.J. Sagar Associates, Advocates, shall accept service on behalf of the Defendants.

Notice of Motion No.171/2016 to come up for hearing on 18 July 2017.
