The arbitration application is under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator. By consent of parties, Mr.Firdosh Pooniwalla, Advocate, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. The interim application of the Applicant under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 namely, Arbitration Petition (Lodging) No.850/2015, shall be converted as an application under Section 17 before the learned Arbitrator.
