By this Chamber Summons, applicant / plaintiff has prayed for carrying out amendments to Schedule-1 annexed at exhibit-C to the Testamentary Suit No.138 of 2015 as per the Schedule annexed hereto. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side during this period. Order accordingly.
