The Suit is for a wrongful termination of a contract in Jaisalmer. Some of the Defendants are outside Mumbai. The contract was executed in Mumbai where a material part of the cause of action has arisen. I am satisfied that with leave granted this Court would have jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit. 2.
