At the outset, Mr. Balsara states that there is a Chamber Summons (L) No.597 of 2019, which has to be heard before this notice of motion is taken up for hearing. The said chamber summons is not listed, therefore, by consent, is taken up for hearing. Mr. Tulzapurkar states that the documents which have been listed in the schedule to the chamber summons will be provided to plaintiff. Mr. Tulzapurkar clarifies what will be provided are only photocopies and no originals can be given like for example given at Sr. No.1 of the schedule. Even for Sr. No.2, Mr. Tulzapurkar says that declaration has been filed with the concerned authorities. Mr. Tulzapurkar states that these documents will Meera Jadhav
