Having heard Mr. Mhatre, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and having gone through the petition, we are of the considered view that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.1, Minister of CoOperation, Maharashtra State, to decide the petitioners Revision Application No.3651 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merit of the petition and all questions are kept open to be decided by respondent no.1, Minister of Co-operation, Maharashtra 1/2
