Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that 18 months have expired on 16th April, 2018. The arbitral proceedings are at the arguments stage. Learned counsel for both the parties state that they would not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the arbitral tribunal and they would co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in making an award within the extended period. The statement is accepted.

Learned arbitrator is granted three months time to make an award with effect from 17th April, 2018. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
