As we proceeded to hear the writ petition, we find vagueness in the pleadings and inter-mixing of different reliefs. We have suggested to learned counsel for the petitioner to consider withdrawing the petition with right reserve to file a separate petition seeking relief in person for the petitioner and separate relief for the petitioner's minor daughter.
