The name of the petitioner-company - Essel Shyam Communication Ltd., has been changed to Planetcast Media Services Ltd., and the Registrar of the Companies has issued a certificate of incorporation dated 25.02.2016 tot hat effect. 2.

In view of the facts mentioned in the affidavit in support of the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The applicant to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of four weeks from today.
