The learned senior counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent states that a Draft Revised Development Plan of 2034 is not yet submitted to the State Government for sanction.

The challenge in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to a proposal in the Revised Draft Development Plan showing particular areas under No Development Zone.

As of today, the Petition is premature. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. However, all contentions on merits are kept open.
