Accepted. The Petitioner is the sole heir of the deceased. Hence, proclamation dispensed with. The Petition is made returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal. 2.
The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Prashant Prakash Kamble, who is said to have died intestate at Tri Panchsil Chawl, Bauddh Wadi, Marol Village, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 059, where he was ordinarily resident, on 19th January 2014. A copy of his death certificate is annexed. 3.
The Petition is filed by his sister, the Petitioner, the only surviving legal heir of the deceased. There are no other heirs. The parents of the deceased died before him. He was a bachelor. 29th June 2018

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for production before the MCGM authorities.

No other Petition for an Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate, Probate or Letters of Administration with or without Will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the Petitioner.
