This partition Suit is connected to Testamentary Suit No.44 of 2013. Consent Terms were tendered today and were taken on record in Testamentary Suit No.44 of 2013. As a part of that single comprehensive and overall settlement, this partition Suit is also to be disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms that are now tendered in this Suit. These Consent Terms are signed by the two Plaintiffs and the two Defendants (all present in Court) and by their respective Advocates.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are reasonable, fair and not contrary to law; that they reflect the true intention of the parties; and that they have been drawn up and signed by the parties of their own volition without coercion. They are taken on record

902-S-435-2013.DOC and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. The Suit is disposed of in accordance with these Consent Terms. Drawn up decree is dispensed with.
