Notice of Motion No.717 of 2018 is for expeditious hearing of the commercial suit. The application is on the ground that the parties are extremely old. Plaintiff No.2 is 93 years old, whilst Plaintiff No.3 is 87 years old. Considering the circumstances, hearing of the commercial suit is expedited. The matters to appear for directions immediately after reopening of the courts, i.e. on 10 June 2019, when a schedule of hearings can be appropriately fixed. The notice of motion is disposed of in the above terms. The other miscellaneous matters to appear on board along with the main suit on the next date.
