We are not satisfied that the present petition / PIL is in the public interest. The aggrieved persons can approach this Court by filing the petition. So far as allegation of the Petitioner, that public money is siphoned, is concerned, he can make an appropriate representation to the appropriate authority and seek redressal of his grievance. PIL is therefore disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to make proper representation.
