Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Corporation, on instructions, makes a statement that the Appeal, as filed by the Petitioner, which is pending since October 2014 shall be disposed of as early as possible.

Considering the issue so raised, we are inclined to direct the Respondent-Corporation to decide the same, as it affects the rights of the Petitioner to be considered for promotion, within two weeks from today. Uday P. Kambli 1/2

The representation made by the Petitioner dated 11 February 2016 revolving around the promotion will also be considered at the earliest, so that the Petitioner will get his due promotion in accordance with law. 4.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty.
