On written instructions from the Caveator, Sheila Rakesh Awasthi, the Caveat is sought to be withdrawn. In a communication dated 16th February 2016 addressed to Mr. K. P. Anilkumar, Advocate, Mrs. Awasthi said that she is old and her physical condition does not allow her to move or to pursue her constest to this Petition. A copy of the letter dated 16th February 2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view thereof, the Caveat is allowed to be withdrawn.
