This Chamber Order is moved for amendment of the plaint. This Chamber Order was moved when the suit was on its lodging number. The writ of summons is not yet issued in the suit. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is granted by permitting the Plaintiff to amend the plaint as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
