Heard learned Advocate Bhatia for Petitioners. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner(s) for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Nasim Sadik Hakim. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph Nos. 7 & 8 of the Petition. I have perused the same. All legal heirs are Petitioners before me. 3.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) The Heirship Certificate may be granted in favour of the Petitioners being the legal heirs of Smt. Nasim Sadik Hakim." 4.
