The Slum Improvement Board shall give hearing to the Appellants as well as to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, and thereafter pass an order in accordance with law within 4 weeks. In the meantime, the Developers shall not demolish the structures in which the Appellants are residing; so also, the Developers and the Society shall not obstruct ingress and egress of the Appellants to the toilet blocks. .
