The Appellant has taken out Notice of Motion No.1212 of 2014 and prays to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the appeal arising out of judgment and order dated 25th November,2013

pvr 2/2 8nma1212-14-appl210-14 passed by the learned Single Judge in the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Considering the averments made specifically in paragraphs 2 and 3, and as sufficient cause is made out, therefore, in the interest of justice, the Notice of Motion is required to be allowed. The other side has no objection for allowing this Notice of Motion also.

Notice of Motion is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs.
